The 2010 FIA Central European Zone Prize Giving Ceremony will take place on 20th of November at 7pm at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Krakow.

All FIA-CEZ winners who wants to participate in the gala have to send to PZM the registration form

The PZM has negotiated the special rates for our guests in two hotels, Best Wester Premier Hotel and Holiday INN Hotel in Krakow(only for reservations received not later than on 8th of November!!!).

The FIA-CEZ Winners who would like to stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel or Holiday Inn Hotel are requested to use one of the following reservation forms:

Reservation for Express by Holiday inn Cracow***

Welcome desk will be located in the Best Western Premier Hotel lobby (near the reception desk) from 10am on November 20th, where all FIA-CEZ winners will have to register in order to receive invitations for the ceremony. There will be also a possibilty to purchase additional invitations at welcome desk.
Guests without the invitations will not be able to attend the ceremony.
Delegates and winners arriving the day before are kindly requested to register on Saturday morning in order to avoid crowds in the afternoon.

Ceremonia zakończenia sezonu Pucharu FIA Strefy Europy Centralnej  odbędzie się 20 listopada w hotelu Best Western Premier w Krakowie.

Wszyscy zwycięzcy którzy chcą wziąć udział w gali muszą przesłać do PZM wypełniony formularz zgłoszenia.

Dla zaproszonych gości PZM wynegocjował specjalne stawki w hotelach Best Wester Premier i Holiday INN  w Krakowie(tylko dla rezerwacji przed 8 listopada!!!).

Zwycięzcy CEZ-FIA, którzy chcą się zakwaterować w hotelach Best Wester Premier i Holiday INN proszeni są o korzystanie z dwóch poniższych formularzy rejestracyjnych:

Stoisko informacyjne dla gości będzie zlokalizowane w holu głownym hotelu(niedaleko recepcji) i czynne od 10.00 20 listopada(sobota). Wszyscy uczestnicy muszą się przy nim zarejestrować i odebrać zaproszenia na galę. Będzie także istniała możliwość nabycia dodatkowych zaproszeń przy stoisku informacyjnym.

Goście nie posiadający zaproszenia nie będą mieli możliwości uczestniczenia w gali.

Delegaci i zwycięzcy przyjeżdzający dzień wcześniej proszeni są o rejestrowanie się w sobotę rano, w celu uniknięcia kolejek.
